La dimora dell’Abramo

Recently renovated, La Dimora dell’Abramo is located in the historic centre of the medieval village of Sillico.
Its balconies and windows overlook the central Piazza della Fontana, the main gathering point for medieval festivals and seasonal events an ideal location for those wishing to be at the heart of the festivities with a privileged view.
The Dimora offers three types of accommodation:

On the ground floor, “Il Bombardino”: a studio flat for two guests, featuring a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom.
On the first floor, “La Banda”: an apartment for four guests with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony with table and chairs.
On the top floor, “La Mansarda del Maestro”: an apartment for four guests with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony with table and chairs.

Each apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, and a fully stocked kitchen with electric oven and microwave, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, espresso coffee machine, and toaster.
Bathrooms include toilet and bidet, thermostatic shower, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. Bed linen and toiletries are provided.
All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and bed linen.

On the ground floor, a shared area offers a spacious entrance, reading corner, small sofa, and a table with chairs. The utility area includes a laundry sink and washer-dryer.
Detergents, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available on request. A baby cot is available upon request.

The structure is called “La dimora dell’Abramo” and is housed in an ancient 16th-century residence, recently renovated with care to keep the period details intact:
Exposed beams, terracotta and wood floors, fireplaces in pietra serena and furnishings in authentic Tuscan style.
Each apartment has a name linked to the musical band and offers a suggestive view of the surrounding hills or the central square of the village.
